    How these three pricing areas work together

    Ingredient Prices and Takeout Prices are source-entry panels. Unified Pricing Center is the consolidated view for checking subject-level observations, recent movement, and anomaly hints after data has been normalized.

    Keep dish requests that were not covered by the current catalog here. This pool is input data for future dish aliasing and catalog completion.
